This course provides an opportunity to focus on yourself. You can build self-confidence and self-esteem. You will reflect on your identities, your priorities and some of the meanings you bring to your experiences. These can be flexible and affected by your relationships with others and your environment. The course will give you time to reflect on each moment using mindfulness techniques. You will also explore the multiple identities of other people and how acceptance of each other’s diversity can enrich our experiences and well-being.
