North Yorkshire Community Learning Partnership in collaboration with Craven College are offering Mental Health First Aid England qualification for a subsidised rate of £25 per person.
This is a two-day course designed to provide people with the confidence and knowledge to support others with changes in their mental health and to do this until the person can be signposted to professional health. Mental Health First Aid England provides a rich two-day training course that is research and evidence based.
There will be some writing of your own notes and some speaking as this is a course requiring participation. Attendance is mandatory on both days and you will need to bring lunch and snacks.
